You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

- All accessories, manuals, and other included items must be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as personal care products or underwear cannot be returned.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE
